Welcome to use the Phone Clone App (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This App provides users with data migration services between old and new devices. We (the operator of this App) strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and attach great importance to the security of your personal information and privacy.
This policy is intended to explain how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you enjoy. Your use of this App shall be deemed as your consent to all terms of this policy; if you do not agree, please do not use this App. Minors must use this App under the supervision of their guardians and obtain their explicit consent.
I. Collection of Personal Information
We follow the principle of "minimum necessity" and only collect information for the purpose of providing services, as follows:

To ensure the normal operation and security of the service, we automatically collect non-identifiable information such as device model, operating system version, device identifier, IP address, usage logs, and permission authorization status; access to clipboard links is required when necessary (deleted immediately after reading).

Currently, we do not actively collect your information from third parties. If it is necessary to collect such information in the future, we will clearly inform you in advance and obtain your consent.
(IV) Circumstances Where Collection is Permitted Without Consent
Circumstances in line with laws and regulations, such as safeguarding national security, public interests, handling faults, and cooperating with judicial investigations.
II. Use of Personal Information
The collected information is only used for: providing core data migration services; ensuring service security and stability; optimizing product experience; handling your feedback and appeals; complying with legal and regulatory requirements; and other purposes explicitly agreed by you. Any change in the purpose of use will require your separate consent.
III. Information Processing of Third-Party SDKs
To implement functions such as advertising, statistics, and security reinforcement, we integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) (see the table below). SDKs will collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies, and we will conduct strict compliance reviews on the SDKs. You can disable non-essential permissions through device settings.

IV. Storage and Protection of Information
Information is stored on servers located within the People's Republic of China. Cross-border storage will require your consent and compliance with filing procedures; migrated data will be deleted immediately after migration is completed, and account information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with laws and regulations after you cancel your account.
We adopt technical and management measures such as encrypted transmission, permission control, and security auditing to protect information security and formulate emergency plans for information security incidents; however, the Internet environment is not absolutely secure, and you need to properly keep your device and account information.
V. Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure of Information
Without your consent, we will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your information to any third party, except in circumstances such as: complying with legal and regulatory requirements, cooperating with judicial investigations, safeguarding public interests, and sharing necessary information with authorized SDKs. Prior notice will be given for information transfer, and we will ensure the recipient's compliance.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, withdraw permission authorization and consent for information processing, cancel your account, and file complaints and reports. You can exercise these rights through relevant functions in the App or by contacting customer service, and identity verification is required before exercising such rights.
VII. Protection of Minors' Personal Information
Minors must use this App with the consent of their guardians. Guardians may contact us to delete information improperly submitted by minors. We will not collect non-essential information from minors or push inappropriate content.
After revisions to this policy, we will inform you through in-App pop-ups and announcements. Changes involving core rights will require your separate consent, and you can view the latest version at any time.
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction at the place of signing. Matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
